Here are my eight tried-and-true key fundamental variables. Blended together these eight variables provide the fundamental grade. Remember, every variable does not have equal weight. The contribution of each variable in our formula rests entirely on what’s working on Wall Street now. And this changes over time. That’s why my team tirelessly runs the numbers again and again to ensure we have the right measurements in our fundamental “recipe.”

Here is our quantitative grade. This is the real “secret ingredient” in our stock-rating formula. It measures buying pressure and conveys the reward vs. risk of owning a stock.

Finally, when we combine 70% of the quantitative grade and 30% of the fundamental grade, we calculate the total stock grade. This is the grade you need to pay VERY close attention to. This grade tells you whether to buy, sell or hold a stock—no ifs, ands or buts.
