The company operates in two segments, Mattress Fabrics and Upholstery Fabrics. The Mattress Fabric segment manufactures and markets woven jacquard, knitted, and upholstery type fabrics that are used primarily in the production of bedding products, including mattresses, box springs, and mattress sets. The Upholstery Fabric segment markets fabrics for residential and commercial furniture. It offers woven jacquard fabrics, woven dobbies, velvets, and suede fabrics that are used in the residential and commercial upholstered furniture, sofas, recliners, chairs, loveseats, sectionals, sofa-beds, and office seating. This segment also produces decorative fabrics. The company was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in High Point, North Carolina.
