Its solutions include consulting services for both business and technical issues, additional training on the use of its Uniface products, the development process optimization, and application modernization. The Professional Services segment provides a range of information technology services for mainframe, distributed, and mobile environments. The Covisint segment offers secure collaboration solutions enabling users to share communications, applications, and information with employees, customers, and partners. It focuses on healthcare, automotive, and energy industries. The company was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan.
