Company Profile

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. engages in the contract production of structural and other aircraft parts for prime defense contractors, the United States Air Force, and other branches of the armed forces. It also operates as a subcontractor to prime aircraft manufacturers in the production of commercial aircraft parts. In addition, the company is involved in assembling various C-5A parts consisting of panels, slats, spoilers, and wing-tips. Further, it delivers various pods, modular and structural assemblies, skin panels, leading edges, flight control surfaces, engine components, wing tips, cowl doors, and nacelle and inlet assemblies for military aircrafts; and kits and assemblies for the S-92 civilian helicopters. The company was formerly known as Consortium of Precision Industries, Inc. and changed its name to CPI Aerostructures, Inc. in July 1992. CPI Aerostructures, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is based in Edgewood, New York.
