Company Profile

Delek US Holdings, Inc., an integrated energy company, engages in refining, marketing, supplying, and retailing petroleum products. The company operates through three segments: Refining, Marketing, and Retail. The Refining segment operates independent refineries in Tyler, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas. The Marketing segment sells refined products on a wholesale basis in the Gulf Coast and Mid-Continent regions through its own and third-party terminals; and stores and transports crude oil through pipelines to third parties. The Retail segment markets gasoline, diesel, and other refined petroleum products, as well as convenience merchandise through a network of retail fuel and convenience stores. As of December 31, 2011, the company operated 377 retail fuel and convenience stores primarily under the MAPCO Express, MAPCO Mart, Discount Food Mart, Fast Food and Fuel, East Coast, Delta Express, and Favorite Markets brands in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Virginia. It also owns 7 product pipelines of approximately 114 miles between refined product terminals in Abilene and San Angelo, Texas; and approximately 285 miles of pipelines to transport crude oil. Delek US Holdings primarily serves oil companies, independent refiners and marketers, jobbers, distributors, utility and transportation companies, the U.S. government, and independent retail fuel operators. The company was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a subsidiary of Delek Group Ltd.
