Ennis, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the print and manufacture of business forms and other business products. The company operates in two segments, Print and Apparel. The Print segment designs, manufactures, and sells business forms and other printed business products. This segment’s products include snap sets, continuous forms, laser cut sheets, tags, labels, envelopes, integrated products, jumbo rolls, and pressure sensitive products. It also provides point of purchase advertising for franchise and fast food chains, as well as kitting and fulfillment services; presentation and document folders; promotional products and advertising concept products; and financial and security documents. This segment sells its products through independent dealers comprising business forms distributors, stationers, printers, computer software developers, and advertising agencies in the United States. The Apparel segment produces and sells activewear products, such as T-shirts, fleece goods, and other wearables. It also offers tank tops, hats, shorts, pants, and other active wear apparel products. This segment markets its products directly to screen printers, embellishers, retailers, and mass marketers, as well as through sales representatives in the United States, Canada, and Mexico under the AAA and Murina brands. The company, formerly known as Ennis Business Forms, Inc., was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Midlothian, Texas.
