The company sells products under various private label names, including tires under DEFINITY, FUTURA, and CORNELL brand names; batteries under the PROSTART brand name; wheel covers under the FUTURA brand name; water pumps and cooling system parts under the PROCOOL brand name; and air filters, anti-freeze, chemicals, cv axles, hub assemblies, lubricants, oil, oil filters, oil treatments, transmission fluids, wheels and wiper blades under the PROLINE brand name. It also offers alternators, battery booster packs, alkaline type batteries, and starters under the PROSTART brand name; power steering hoses, chassis parts, and power steering pumps under the PROSTEER brand name; brakes under the PROSTOP brand name; and brakes, batteries, starters, ignitions, and chassis under the VALUEGRADE brand name. The company serves do-it-for-me and do-it-yourself customers, as well as delivers its parts to automotive repair shops and dealers. As of January 28, 2012, it operated 562 Supercenters, 169 Service & Tire Centers, and 7 Pep Express stores located in 35 states of the United States, and in Puerto Rico.
