WesBanco, Inc. operates as a holding company for WesBanco Bank, Inc. that provides retail banking, corporate banking, personal and corporate trust services, and mortgage banking and insurance services. In addition, the company, through its other subsidiaries, acts as an agency for property, casualty, and life insurance, as well as benefit plan sales and administration to personal and commercial clients; provides discount brokerage services; and engages in leasing commercial real estate properties.
