It also provides lending products comprising commercial and industrial loans and leases, such as working capital loans, equipment loans, structured and asset-based loans, government and non-profit loans, energy loans, and other commercial loans and leases; commercial real estate loans consisting of loans on 1-4 family construction properties, office buildings, strip malls, or free-standing commercial properties, multi-family, and investor properties, as well as raw land development loans; residential real estate loans; agricultural loans; and home equity and consumer loans, as well as letters of credit and commercial lines of credit. In addition, the company offers treasury management solutions comprising online and mobile banking, wire transfers, automated clearing house services, electronic bill payment, lock box services, remote deposit capture services, merchant processing services, cash vault, controlled disbursements, positive pay, account reconciliation, collections, repurchase accounts, zero balance accounts, and sweep accounts, as well as online and mobile banking services. It operates through 97 banking centers located in Colorado, greater Kansas City region, and Texas, as well as operates 106 ATMs. The company was formerly known as NBH Holdings Corp. and changed its name to National Bank Holdings Corporation in March 2012.
